Lengths of presentations
Invited presentations - 35 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions
Contributed presentations - 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions
A/V Preparation
We anticipate that most presentations will be computer presentations, and we will have a computer with USB and CD-R/DVD-R drives for transferring your presentation to the computer. You may also bring your laptop to plug in to the LCD projector for the presentation, but please verify that it will work during a break and not during your presentation time. We also will provide an overhead projector if you choose to use transparencies. Please let us know by December 31 if you have any other presentation needs, and we will discuss with you about accommodating your request.
