Submitting abstracts for posters
Instructions
Abstracts should be submitted in text format using the online form linked below. Please avoid using special characters whose display depends on character-set encoding, and encode any equations in TeX format, if possible (e.g., $x^2 + y^2 = z^2$).
For the contact information, please provide a valid email address for the corresponding author, for confirmation of the abstract submission as well as to answer any questions regarding the submitted information. (The corresponding-author information will be kept private and will not appear on any publicly available Website.)
For the presenter information, please indicate which author will present the talk, if known. Also indicate if you would like for this abstract to automatically be considered as a poster if not selected as a talk.
If the presenter is a student or post-graduate researcher, please indicate. It is anticipated that some travel stipends will be available once the meeting budget is finalized. Please see the comments on the registration instructions page for more details.
For the authors and affiliations, please use the following format, with one
entry per line:
Name, Affiliation, Address
You may use all capitals to denote the surname/family name, if needed to
prevent ambiguity. Examples:
Stuart Daw, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, Tennessee USA
Ke Nguyen, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee USA
Charles FINNEY, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, Tennessee USA
Abstracts should be short (maximum 500-1000 words) and text-only (no graphics), although greater lengths are allowed for. Separate paragraphs with a blank line rather than using TAB indentions.
Deadline
Contributed talks: The deadline has passed, and abstracts are being reviewed.
Posters: The deadline for prime consideration is 2007-12-14 23:59 EST (which is 2007-12-15 04:59 UTC). Abstracts may be submitted after this time but will be considered only as space permits.
